Cleanse — Clean your face and keep it dry, without makeup, before each session to maximise light absorption.
Power On — Press and hold the power button for about 3 seconds to activate the device. The light turns on automatically.
Choose Your Mode — Press the power button again to switch between Mode 1 (630nm + 850nm + 1072nm) and Mode 2 (415nm + 850nm + 1072nm).
Adjust Brightness — Short press the brightness button to cycle through 3 energy levels: 50%, 75% and 100%.
Add Pulse (Optional) — Press the pulse button in any mode to activate the 10Hz pulse function for added stimulation.
Relax — Each session runs for a default of 10 minutes and shuts off automatically when complete.

The mask is designed for most skin types, but do not use it if you are pregnant, breastfeeding, or have a photosensitivity disorder or hereditary eye conditions such as lupus erythematosus, photosensitive eczema or albinism. Always wear the included safety goggles and keep your eyes closed during use.

Mild redness immediately after treatment is normal and should fade within 1-2 hours. If you experience burning or any other discomfort during use, stop immediately. Persistent symptoms should be checked by a dermatologist.

The device is not waterproof — do not immerse it in water or rinse it. Wipe gently with a soft cloth when needed. Store it folded in the included carrying bag, away from children, direct sunlight and damp environments. Do not disassemble, modify or attempt repairs without authorization.
