The Lamp uses PDT photodynamic therapy to activate deep skin cells across 4 modes. Use daily for best results:

1. Cleanse Clean the skin and pat dry before each session.
2. Connect Plug the USB cable into the controller and power on by long-pressing the Switch/Mode button for 3 seconds.
3. Select Your Mode Press the Mode button to cycle through: R+NIR (630+850nm), Y+NIR (590+850nm), B+NIR (415+850nm), or Full Spectrum (415+590+630+850nm).
4. Set Time Press the Time button to select your session length: 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 or 30 minutes. 15-30 minutes per session is recommended.
5. Adjust Brightness Press the Brightness button to select 50%, 75% or 100% light intensity.
6. Position the Device For face: thread the strap through the device, bend into an arc and place over the face while lying down. For waist or legs: wrap directly around the area and adjust the strap.

Keep eyes closed during use. After the session, remove the device and apply skincare products.
