Shipping Policy

Everything you need to know about how and where we deliver your Eternas Beauty devices — clearly laid out, with no surprises at checkout.

Global delivery

1. Where we ship

Eternas Beauty ships to over 115 countries across six continents. Our logistics network combines premium international couriers with trusted local carriers to make sure every device arrives quickly, safely and with proper end-to-end tracking.

Tip: at checkout you'll see your country's specific carrier name (Royal Mail, Correos Express, DHL, USPS, Frete Expresso, AU Post Express Shipping, and others), along with the live shipping rate and delivery estimate for your address.

Restricted destinations

2. Countries we currently do not ship to

Due to logistical, customs or regulatory constraints, we are temporarily unable to deliver to the destinations listed below. This list is reviewed quarterly and will be updated as new routes open.

Middle East & North Africa

Palestinian Territory (Occupied), Lebanon, Iraq, Iran, Syria, Yemen, Libya, Palestine, Afghanistan.

Note about Israel: we do ship to Israel. It is fully supported through our standard Middle East network and appears as a valid destination at checkout.

Sub-Saharan Africa

Heads up: if you place an order with a delivery address in any of the destinations above, it will be flagged and refunded in full within 5 business days. No shipping fee or restocking fee is charged.

3. Shipping rates & free shipping threshold

We use simple, transparent flat rates worldwide. There are no surprise fuel surcharges, no remote-area fees and no hidden costs at checkout.

Standard shipping

€14.50 flat rate (or local equivalent: $15.50 USD, £12.50 GBP, $23 CAD, $24 AUD, R$80 BRL, MX$320 and so on). Full tracking included. Delivered in 2–10 business days.

Free shipping over $500 USD

Orders with a subtotal at or above $500 USD (≈ €460 / £390 / $680 CAD / $760 AUD) ship free, anywhere we deliver. The threshold is applied to the order subtotal before taxes.

Why USD as our reference: our free shipping threshold is set against the US Dollar because most of our global suppliers and logistics partners price in USD. Local equivalents are reviewed periodically and rounded to clean numbers to keep checkout predictable.

4. Delivery times & processing

Once your order is paid, our warehouse team processes it within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times depend on your destination and local carrier performance.

The 60-day delivery guarantee

Although the vast majority of our orders arrive well within the windows above, international shipping can occasionally face delays for reasons outside our control — local strikes, weather disruptions, customs inspections, missed pickups by carriers, and so on.

For full transparency, our policy is the following: an order is considered officially lost if it has not been delivered within 60 calendar days from the dispatch date. Past this point, you are entitled to either a free reshipment of your order or a full refund — whichever you prefer.

In practice: 99% of orders arrive within the standard delivery window. The 60-day guarantee is the absolute outer limit and exists so you always have a clear path to resolution. To open a lost-package claim, email support@eternas.beauty.com with your order number.

Local carriers

5. Local carriers in each region

We hand off your parcel to the most reliable last-mile carrier in your country. At checkout you'll see the exact carrier name in your local language, so you know who to expect at the door.

Why local carriers matter: local couriers know their last-mile streets, customs paperwork and language. By handing off to them, your parcel reaches you faster than if a single foreign carrier tried to deliver across borders.

Visibility

6. Tracking your order

Every Eternas Beauty order ships with a tracking number. You'll receive it by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.

How to track

  1. Open the shipment confirmation email and click the "Track your order" button.
  2. Alternatively, visit our universal tracking page at eternas.beauty/apps/track123 and paste your order number or tracking code.
  3. You'll see live status updates: in transit, out for delivery, delivered.

Tracking events typically appear within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. If the carrier hasn't scanned your parcel yet, give it a day before assuming anything is wrong — the package is in motion long before the first scan is registered.


Cross-border

7. Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout.

  • Whether duties apply, and how much, depends entirely on your country's rules and the declared value of your order.
  • If your country requires payment of duties before delivery, the carrier will contact you directly with instructions.
  • Eternas Beauty has no control over and does not collect these charges. They are paid by the recipient to the local customs authority.
  • If you refuse to pay duties and the parcel is returned to us, the original shipping cost is non-refundable.
For EU customers: all applicable VAT is already included in the price displayed at checkout. No additional duties or taxes will be requested at delivery.

Resolution

8. Lost, delayed or damaged packages

If something goes wrong with your delivery, we'll fix it. Here's exactly what to do.

If your package is delayed

Check the latest tracking status first. Many delays clear themselves within 2–3 days. If your order has been in transit for longer than the windows in section 4, email us with your order number and we'll open an investigation with the carrier.

If your package shows "delivered" but you haven't received it

This usually means it was left in a safe place, with a neighbor, or at a nearby pickup point. Check those first. If after 48 hours it still hasn't surfaced, email us and we'll open a non-delivery claim.

If your package is officially lost (after 60 days)

Email support@eternas.beauty.com with your order number. We will reship your order at no cost or refund you in full to your original payment method — your choice.

If your package arrives damaged

Take clear photos of the outer box and the affected products within 48 hours of delivery and email them to us along with your order number. We'll arrange a free replacement immediately.


Modifications

9. Address & order changes

Need to change something on a placed order? Time matters.

  • Within 4 hours of placing your order: we can usually update the shipping address, modify items or cancel the order entirely. Email us with your order number and the requested change.
  • After 4 hours: your order may already be packed and labeled. Changes are no longer guaranteed, but we'll try our best.
  • Once the parcel leaves our warehouse: address changes have to be requested directly to the carrier. Most carriers offer a self-service "redirect" option from their tracking page once the first scan appears.
Important: please double-check your shipping address before placing the order. Parcels returned to us because of an incorrect address can be re-sent, but the second shipment is at the customer's cost.

10. Shipping FAQ

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, in most countries. Some carriers (notably DHL Express) cannot deliver to PO boxes — in those cases, the system will reject the address at checkout and prompt you for a street address.

Can I ship to a different address than my billing address?

Absolutely. You can set a separate shipping address at checkout. This is the address your parcel will be delivered to.

Do you ship to APO/FPO/military addresses?

Yes, US military APO and FPO addresses are supported and ship through USPS at our standard rate.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Most orders do not require a signature. High-value orders (above approximately $300 USD) ship with signature on delivery for security.

Can I get a faster delivery option?

Our standard shipping is already expedited in most regions. If you need guaranteed next-day or same-week delivery, contact us before placing the order — we can arrange a DHL Express upgrade with a custom quote.

Do you offer carbon-neutral shipping?

We're working on it. Currently, several of our carriers (DHL GoGreen, Royal Mail, AU Post) operate carbon-neutral fleets on select lanes. A full Eternas Beauty offset program is on the roadmap for 2026.
