At Eternas Beauty, we want you to feel completely confident when you order from us. That is why every device is backed by our 365-day money-back guarantee on unopened products, on top of the statutory rights granted to you by applicable consumer protection law.

1. The 365-day satisfaction guarantee

If your device is still sealed, unopened and in its original packaging, you can return it for a full refund within 365 days from the date of delivery. No questions asked.

  • Available worldwide, in every country we ship to.
  • The full purchase price is refunded to your original payment method.
  • Outbound shipping cost is not refunded if it was charged separately.
  • Customer covers return shipping unless the return is due to our error.

2. European Union: 14-day right of withdrawal (sealed products only)

If you are a consumer based in the European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product, without giving any reason, under Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights and Spanish Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007.

Important: this right only applies while the product remains sealed in its original packaging. Once the device has been unsealed, the right of withdrawal is no longer available — see section 3 below.

To exercise the right of withdrawal on a sealed product, send an unambiguous statement (email is fine) to support@eternas.beauty.com within the 14-day window. We will acknowledge receipt and provide return instructions. Refunds for valid withdrawals are processed within 14 days of receiving the returned item.

3. Hygiene exclusion (opened devices)

Eternas Beauty devices come into direct contact with the skin, mucous membranes or the eye area. For health and hygiene reasons, devices that have been opened, unsealed or used cannot be returned at any point — neither under the EU 14-day right of withdrawal nor under our 365-day satisfaction guarantee.

This exclusion is expressly permitted by Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(e) of Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007, which carve sealed health and hygiene goods out of the consumer's right of withdrawal once their seal has been broken.

Defective or damaged products are not affected by this exclusion and are handled under the warranty terms in section 5.

4. How to start a return

  1. Email support@eternas.beauty.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Our team will reply within one business day with a return authorization (RMA) and the return address.
  3. Pack the product securely in its original packaging and ship it back using a tracked service.
  4. Once the item arrives and is inspected (typically within 3–5 business days), we will issue the refund to your original payment method.
  5. Depending on your bank, the refund may take an additional 3–10 business days to appear on your statement.

Returns sent without a prior RMA cannot be accepted.

5. Defective or damaged products (1-year warranty)

Every Eternas Beauty device is covered by a 1-year manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery.

  • If your device arrives damaged or stops working within the warranty period due to a manufacturing defect, contact us with photos or a short video showing the issue.
  • We will replace the unit at no cost or, if a replacement is unavailable, issue a full refund.
  • The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, drops, or normal cosmetic wear.

6. Promotional and conditional offers

When a promotion is conditioned on the joint purchase of several items (for example "buy two, save 20%" or a bundle discount), the offer is valid only as long as the full condition is met. If part of the order is returned and the remaining items no longer satisfy the promotion, the refund will be calculated on the actual net amount paid for the returned item, with the standard non-promotional price applied to the items you keep.

7. Non-returnable items

  • Any device that has been opened, unsealed or used (hygiene and health reasons — see section 3).
  • Gift cards and digital products.
  • Final-sale items clearly marked as non-returnable at checkout.
  • Items returned without prior RMA authorization.

8. Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the one you have for a refund and place a new order separately. We do not process direct exchanges, except in cases where a defective unit is being replaced under warranty.

9. Order cancellations

Orders can be cancelled free of charge within 30 minutes of placement. After that window, the order may already be packed and labeled; cancellation is no longer guaranteed but we will try. Once dispatched, cancellation is treated as a standard return.

10. EU online dispute resolution

EU consumers may submit complaints to the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We will always try to resolve any issue directly first — email support@eternas.beauty.com.
