Shipping Policy

Eternas Beauty ships worldwide to over 115 countries. This page summarizes our shipping terms. For the full customer-facing version with country lists, carrier names and FAQ, please visit eternas.beauty/pages/shipping-policy.

1. Where we ship

We deliver to most of Europe, North America, South America, Asia, Oceania, the Middle East and selected African countries. A small number of destinations are not currently supported due to logistical, customs or regulatory constraints. The checkout will indicate clearly whether your country is supported.

2. Shipping rates

Standard shipping: $15.50 USD flat rate (or local equivalent — €14.50 EUR, £12.50 GBP, $23 CAD, $24 AUD, R$80 BRL, MX$320, ¥2,300 JPY, and so on). Includes full end-to-end tracking.
Free shipping: automatically applied to orders with a subtotal at or above $500 USD (≈ €460 / £390 / $680 CAD / $760 AUD), anywhere we deliver.

For EU destinations, all applicable VAT is already included in the price displayed at checkout.

3. Processing & delivery times

Orders are processed within 24 to 48 business hours after payment is confirmed. Estimated delivery windows from dispatch:

European Union & United Kingdom: 2–5 business days
Rest of Europe: 3–7 business days
United States & Canada: 4–8 business days
Mexico, Brazil & South America: 5–10 business days
Australia & New Zealand: 5–10 business days
Asia & Middle East: 4–9 business days
Africa (where available): 6–12 business days

4. The 60-day delivery guarantee

Although the vast majority of orders arrive well within the standard windows above, international shipping can occasionally face delays outside our control (strikes, weather, customs inspections, missed carrier pickups). For full transparency: an order is considered officially lost if it has not been delivered within 60 calendar days from the dispatch date.

Past that point you are entitled to either a free reshipment or a full refund — whichever you prefer. Email support@eternas.beauty.com with your order number to open a lost-package claim.

5. Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number, sent to you by email as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse. Tracking events usually start appearing within 24 to 48 hours of dispatch. If the carrier has not scanned your parcel yet, please allow an extra day — the package is in motion before the first scan is registered.

6. Customs, duties & taxes

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs authorities may apply import duties, taxes or handling fees. These charges are not included in the price you pay at checkout and are the responsibility of the recipient. Eternas Beauty does not collect these charges. EU customers pay no additional duties or taxes at delivery — all applicable VAT is already in the checkout price.

7. Damaged or lost parcels

Damaged on arrival: take clear photos of the outer box and affected products within 48 hours of delivery and email them to us. We will arrange a free replacement immediately.
Tracking shows "delivered" but you did not receive it: check neighbors, building reception or pickup points first. If after 48 hours the parcel has not surfaced, email us and we will open a non-delivery claim.

8. Address & order changes

Address changes or order modifications can usually be processed within 30 minutes of placement. After that the order may already be packed and labelled. Once dispatched, address changes must be requested directly to the carrier through their self-service redirect option on the tracking page. Please double-check your shipping address before placing the order — parcels returned to us due to incorrect addresses can be re-sent, but the second shipment is at the customer's cost.
